Sound and Visuals

The graphics in Assassin's Creed are simply stunning. At the time of it's release, AC was one of the most beautiful video games of all time, easy! It's clear that Ubisoft put more time into developing the graphics in Assassin's Creed than anything else. Everything from the models, textures, lighting and particle effects are top notch.

Hell, at times, Assassin's Creed feels more like a tech demo for beautiful graphics than an actual video game. It is a bit rich content thin, but comes with a double/triple serving in the graphics department.

The sound isn't far off from perfection either. The clear concise voice acting, the epic score all make for a breathtaking experience and really help you get immersed in this game. Echo's reverb, swords clash and the wind howls, AC wins in the sound/visual department.
